This week - Hop aboard the Magic School Bus for a hands-on adventure through the five senses! Kids will listen to surprising sounds, see if they can identify some everyday smells with no other clues, examine colorful visuals, feel mystery objects, and discover how our senses help us understand the world around us.
2. Take a Closer Look: Archaeology
Join us for an exciting and interactive session where you'll get to meet a local archaeologist and learn about their fascinating career! Discover how they uncover secrets of the past and how archaeology connects to our everyday lives.
3. Roar Like a Lion: An Afternoon of Community Service
Beat the winter blues and feel the warmth of service to your community. In partnership with local Lions Clubs, join us for an afternoon of community service. Lions Clubs will supply materials, instructions, and volunteers to lead a variety of projects that benefit our community. Drop in for an hour or the entire time. Student service hours will be available.
Join your friends at the Bear between 1 pm-3 pm for a free craft to celebrate First Saturday using some of our favorite art supplies. Parent supervision is required.
5. Escape Room: The Great Snow Globe Escape
A sudden blizzard has swept you into a magical snow globe. The only way out is to repair the train and ride it to freedom. Each location holds a challenge and a missing train part. Solve all puzzles, collect the parts, and escape before the snow buries you forever!
